There is no longer a brick and mortar building attached to Lakefront Wellness Center or a phone to make contact.  Dr. Johnson has retired and is no longer accepting new clients.

Lakefront Wellness Center proudly served the Pewaukee community from 2004 – 2018 at 161 W. Wisconsin Ave., directly across from Lakefront Beach in Pewaukee. In January of 2016, Dr. Beth Johnson was able to purchase the future home of Lakefront Wellness Center at 521 Westover St. in Oconomowoc. For two and a half years both locations were open while the historical Victorian school house was renovated to the current three story clinic, which doubled the space.  The Westover building was sold in 2022.
